Roll-up Goals!

Yay, me, for starting the Blogilates Beginners Calendar 2.0!

Nay, me, for not being able to do the simple Pilates move called the roll-up :(

Actually, I can... I could... At first... But then I couldn't do it any more after that.

Which is really weird. The first time I did it, I did it while watching Cassey's video and when I successfully completed that one single roll-up, I was like, "Hey, this is not bad at all!"

I then attempted another roll-up and I simply could not get my back off the floor. What is this sorcery?!

Short-term goal: To successfully do a roll-up.
